Consultation & CAD Review

Block Carving & Sampling
Our craftsmen carve the custom teak wood blocks. We then run a small physical strike-off (sample) on your chosen fabric to ensure color accuracy and dye penetration before bulk production.
Printing, Dyeing & Sun Curing
The fabric is scoured and pinned to our long tables. Artisans hand-stamp the designs layer by layer. Depending on the style, the fabric is then sun-dried, dipped in indigo vats, or steamed.
Washing, Fixing & Dispatch
The printed yardage undergoes vigorous washing and boiling to permanently fix the colors (color-fastness) and remove any resists. It is then ironed, folded, and safely dispatched to your warehouse.
