Shipping & Dispatch Policy
We understand that in the retail business, fast inventory turnaround is crucial. Our Sanganer dispatch unit is optimized for speed and reliability.
Order Processing Time
Ready stock orders (Suit Materials, Sarees) are processed, quality-checked, securely packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Depending on your location, standard pan-India delivery takes between 4 to 7 working days post-dispatch. Remote areas or North-East regions may take up to 10 days.
Shipping Charges
As a B2B wholesaler providing factory-direct prices, shipping charges are borne by the buyer. Charges are calculated based on the total physical weight/volumetric weight of the parcel and the destination pin code.
Logistics Partners
We dispatch via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart) for smaller boutique orders. For heavy bulk orders (bales), we utilize reliable regional transport companies (surface cargo) to minimize your shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your wholesale order is dispatched, our team will share the Courier Tracking ID or the Transport Bilty (LR Copy) directly with you via WhatsApp or Email. You can use these details to track your shipment's progress in real-time.
International Shipping
Yes, we export globally! International shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lead times vary by country. Please connect with our sales team via WhatsApp to coordinate international logistics.
B2B Returns & Exchange Policy
Please read carefully. As a manufacturing unit supplying at wholesale margins, we do not operate on a B2C "Return if you don't like it" model.
No Returns for Unsold Stock or Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you are unable to sell the product, if you do not like the color/print upon arrival, or for minor thread irregularities (which are natural characteristics of authentic hand-block printing).
When are returns accepted?
We conduct rigorous quality checks before dispatch. However, we will gladly accept returns or provide replacements ONLY in the following scenarios:
- A major, undeniable manufacturing defect (e.g., torn fabric, severe misprinting).
- The wrong product was dispatched by our team.
- Missing items in the delivered parcel.
MANDATORY: 360-Degree Uncut Parcel Opening Video
To claim any defect, damage, or missing item, you MUST provide a clear, uncut, 360-degree video of the sealed parcel being opened. The video must show the shipping label clearly before opening.
NO VIDEO = NO CLAIM ENTERTAINED. This is a strict wholesale industry standard to prevent fraudulent claims.
How to File a Claim
- Report Promptly: Any issue must be reported to our WhatsApp support number (+91 8875341390) within 24 to 48 hours of the parcel being marked as "Delivered" by the courier.
- Provide Evidence: Send the uncut parcel opening video and clear photographs of the specific defect.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will review the evidence within 24 working hours.
- Return Dispatch: If approved, you must ship the defective product back to our Sanganer factory in its original, unused condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs for genuine defects will be reimbursed by us (up to standard surface rates).
Refunds & Replacements
For approved returns, we generally offer a Replacement of the same item in your next order, or we issue a Credit Note which will be adjusted against your future wholesale purchases. Direct bank refunds are initiated only in exceptional cases where replacement stock is permanently unavailable.
A Note on Hand-Block Prints
Please note that all our fabrics (Mulmul, Kota Doria, Chanderi, Linen) feature authentic Jaipuri hand-block printing or hand-work. Slight irregularities in color, motif alignment, or small dye splatters are the hallmark of human craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing defects.
