1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sonesh Jaipur. By accessing our website (sonesh.in), utilizing our WhatsApp catalog services, or placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the relationship between you (the "Buyer", "Retailer", or "Client") and Sonesh Jaipur (the "Manufacturer", "Wholesaler", or "Company").

Sonesh Jaipur is a registered manufacturing entity (GST No: 08BYZPJ7607J1ZL, UDYAM: RJ-17-0304554) owned and operated by Sonam Joshi, located at Plot No 11, Dev Vihar Yojna, Khadi Gramodhyog Road, Sanganer, Jaipur 302029.

2. B2B Wholesale Nature of Business

Sonesh Jaipur operates strictly on a Business-to-Business (B2B) wholesale model. Our pricing, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and policies are designed for boutique owners, retailers, and bulk buyers. We do not operate on a B2C (retail) return model. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing goods for commercial resale or business use.

Hand-Block Print Disclaimer

Our fabrics feature authentic Sanganeri, Bagru, and Dabu hand-block printing. Slight variations in color, motif alignment, tiny dye splatters, or indigo "crocking" (color rubbing) are inherent characteristics of human craftsmanship and natural dyes. These are NOT considered manufacturing defects and will not be accepted as grounds for return or rejection of goods.

3. Order Placement, Pricing & Taxes

  • Pricing: All prices quoted in our PDF catalogs, WhatsApp broadcasts, or via email are strictly wholesale (factory prices) and are subject to change without prior notice based on raw material costs.
  • Taxes: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the prices provided are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). Appropriate GST (usually 5% or 12% depending on the textile/garment category) will be added to the final invoice.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping and freight charges are borne entirely by the buyer and will be calculated at the time of dispatch based on parcel weight and destination.

4. Payment Terms

To ensure smooth processing of wholesale orders, we adhere to the following payment terms:

  • Ready Stock: 100% advance payment is required before the dispatch of ready-to-ship catalog items (Suits, Sarees, Fabrics).
  • Custom Job Work: For custom block printing or bulk manufacturing, a 50% non-refundable advance is required to initiate raw material procurement and block carving. The remaining 50% must be cleared before the final dispatch of the goods.
  • Accepted Methods: We accept payments via NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, and UPI directly into our official firm bank account.

5. Custom Job Work & Intellectual Property

If you engage Sonesh Jaipur for custom manufacturing (e.g., specific Dabu or Sanganeri prints for your label):

  • Client Designs: Any proprietary designs, CADs, or sketches provided by you remain your intellectual property. Wooden blocks carved specifically for your brand at your expense will be used exclusively for your production runs.
  • Sonesh Jaipur Designs: Our open wholesale catalog designs, motifs, and product photography are the intellectual property of Sonesh Jaipur. Buyers may use our photography to resell the specific goods purchased from us, but may not claim the brand or manufacturing process as their own without consent.

6. Shipping, Returns & Claims

Detailed procedures for order dispatch and defect claims are outlined in our Shipping & Returns Policy. As a summary condition of these terms:

  • We do not accept returns for unsold stock or change of mind.
  • An uncut, 360-degree parcel opening video is strictly mandatory to claim any manufacturing defect or missing item.
  • Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sonesh Jaipur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a transaction shall not exceed the total amount paid by the buyer for that specific order.

We are not responsible for delays in manufacturing or shipping caused by Force Majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather (which impacts natural sun-drying in Bagru/Dabu printing), natural disasters, transport strikes, or government lockdowns.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to transactions with Sonesh Jaipur shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
